M3DICINES™ National Network Program

A national medicines network.

The network starts with U.S. 503A pharmacies and is designed to expand to hospitals, CDMOs, research institutions and government sites, to make personalized, rare disease, discontinued and short-supply medicines, and in time emergency countermeasures, close to the patients who need them.

The vision

One national network, from 503A pharmacies to government sites.

PharmaTher releases validated M3DICINES™ formulations and digital recipes from its control site to qualified nodes, which print the doses needed locally: at 503A and 503B pharmacies, hospitals, CDMOs, research institutions, provincial and regional sites, federal or DND facilities and remote areas.

Why 3D-printed medicines matter

Mass manufacturing leaves many patients poorly served.

Conventional manufacturing pays off only at hundreds of thousands to millions of identical units. With CraftMake™ printers and the M3DICINES™ platform, one validated formulation can print any dose, and every dose can be made where patients are.

Personalized dosesMany telehealth prescriptions come only as injections or in a few fixed strengths
Children and rare diseasesDoses cut from adult tablets; about 95% of rare diseases have no FDA-approved treatment
Discontinued medicinesDemand became too small for a production line
Drug shortagesMade in central plants, often overseas, far from patients
Clinical and research supplyMany strengths, in batches of a few hundred units
National emergenciesStockpiles hold limited quantities in a few standard strengths and forms
10,000+Potential network sites in North America (management estimate)
Up to 50CraftMake™ placements targeted in the next 12 months

What a placement is

Every node runs on a CraftMake™ system.

A placement is a complete CraftMake™ pharmaceutical 3D printing system, installed and qualified at a Network Partner site to run validated M3DICINES™ formulations. PharmaTher, the exclusive North American distributor, treats each placement as network infrastructure, not a one-time equipment sale.

How the network works

One set of validated formulations and quality standards.

1ValidatePharmaTher and its development partners, including Craft Health, develop and validate M3DICINES™ formulations and the digital recipe for each dose.
2QualifyEach Network Partner installs a CraftMake™ system and completes qualification and training with PharmaTher’s support.
3ProduceQualified sites print medicines for individual patients, PharmaTher products, partner programs, and research and clinical supply.
4Stay readyQualified sites can become nodes in PharmaTher’s planned National Emergency Preparedness Node Network.

PharmaTher is the exclusive North American distributor of Craft Health’s CraftMake™ systems, CraftControl™ software, CraftBlends™ materials and service.

A pharmaceutical network powered by 3D printers

Built on the network, not on selling as many printers as possible.

Each CraftMake™ system placed in the network is infrastructure, not a one-time equipment sale. Over time, each productive node can create value through:

Product offeringsValidated M3DICINES™ formulations for 503A compounding pharmacies
White-label and CDMO programsFor telehealth, consumer-health, pharmaceutical and biotech partners
Consumables, software and serviceFor every system in the network
Research and clinical supplyCollaborations with pharma, universities and government
Government readiness contractsIf awarded

A validated formulation can run at every qualified node, so each new node extends the reach of every product, adds capacity for partners and adds surge capacity for national emergencies.

Planned

Commercial work in peacetime. Countermeasures in an emergency.

Any CraftMake™ system in the network can be qualified as a node in PharmaTher’s planned National Emergency Preparedness Node Network. In an emergency, PharmaTher would release validated digital recipes, and qualified nodes would print the doses needed locally. The network is designed to complement national stockpiles, not replace them.

Node locations are illustrative, and nodes require site qualification. Network Partner terms are subject to site qualification and definitive agreements. The placement target and the number of potential sites are management estimates. The National Emergency Preparedness Node Network is planned, and readiness contracts are prospective. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved. Plans and timelines are forward-looking.
