PharmaTher is a specialty pharmaceutical company using pharmaceutical 3D printing to make the exact dose, for the specific patient, on demand.

Our story

From ketamine developer to specialty pharma built on 3D printing.

PharmaTher took a ketamine product through FDA approval with its ANDA, which it sold in December 2025. That experience, from formulation to approval, is the foundation of what we do now.

Today PharmaTher is the exclusive North American distributor of Craft Health's CraftMake™ pharmaceutical 3D printing system. We develop our own personalized products, from 503A products for telehealth to an FDA rare pediatric program, and open our M3DICINES™ platform to partners in pharma, pharmacy, telehealth and government.
