Mr. Chianelli has over 25 years of professional and investment experience in specialty life sciences companies. He founded PharmaTher in 2020. He was the Founder and President of Revive Therapeutics Ltd. between 2012 and 2019.
Dr. Beverly J. Incledon
Director
Dr. Incledon has over 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, encompassing novel drug-delivery technologies, drug discovery, and product development. Dr. Incledon was the Executive Vice President, Research & Development of Ironshore Pharmaceuticals, which Collegium acquired for $525 million in 2024.
Carmelo Marrelli
CFO
Mr. Marrelli holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto and is qualified as a Chartered Accountant and as a Certified General Accountant in Canada. Mr. Marrelli has been a principal of Marrelli Support Services Inc., a firm providing accounting and financial administration services to Canadian public companies, since February 2009.
