Mr. Chianelli has over 25 years of professional and investment experience in specialty life sciences companies. He founded PharmaTher in 2020. He was the Founder and President of Revive Therapeutics Ltd. between 2012 and 2019. From January 2000 to January 2012, Mr. Chianelli held senior roles in business development, marketing and sales with Generex Biotechnology Corporation.
Dr. Beverly J. Incledon – Director
Dr. Incledon was the Executive Vice President, Research & Development of Ironshore Pharmaceuticals & Development, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Toronto-based Highland Therapeutics Inc. Ironshore was acquired by Collegium for $525 million in 2024. Dr. Incledon has over 30 years of pharmaceutical industry experience encompassing drug discovery, product development, pre-approval inspections, development quality, project management, method/technology transfer, process improvement, manufacturing troubleshooting, new development facility start-up, and research on novel drug delivery technology.
